A call-out and fault-finding fee applies starting from $350 (for local, on-grid jobs), which covers a site visit and initial investigation. If travel is required, a higher fee will be applied.

Please note:

If any repairs, replacements, or upgrades are required, we’ll provide you with a quote before proceeding.
If your system or components are still under warranty, some costs may be covered by the manufacturer.
For out-of-warranty items (like inverters), additional charges may apply if a replacement is needed.

The quote, information and advice provided was very detailed and knowledgeable. I am very happy with the install and the quality of the components. I have been so happy with my Enphase system I recently had Excel Power back to expand my system with 2 5P batteries and the Enphase car charger.
