A call-out and fault-finding fee applies starting from $350 (for local, on-grid jobs), which covers a site visit and initial investigation. If travel is required, a higher fee will be applied.

  • If any repairs, replacements, or upgrades are required, we’ll provide you with a quote before proceeding.
  • If your system or components are still under warranty, some costs may be covered by the manufacturer.
  • For out-of-warranty items (like inverters), additional charges may apply if a replacement is needed.
